any chance of a quick "low down" on the mill then ian?? eg gearing compared to rowrah/llandow? are there any tight or hairpin corners? how long is a lap? what is the surface like in the wet/dry? and how is it on tyre wear?

also can you show me round? or just back off the pace till i learn the track?

see you all soon......

Andy this is a video of the winter series at Whilton Mill that we raced in on our pit bikes.

http://uk.youtube.com/watch?v=Qh0T0c11n ... eries.html

Cant remember gearing for Whilton, the track is very fast flowing especially from the start through the very fast (butt twitching) first flip flop corner then up hill to a sort of hairpin. The next corner is very slippery in thedry and the wet because its off camber, then its all down hill to the finish. This is a very nice and fast track with some lovelly corners. The quick pit bikes were doing 57 sec laps around here.

The surface is outstanding in the dry but very slippery in the wet.

The facilities are very good with showers and is for exellent camping.

The view for spectators is awesome as well.
